I just got back from an exciting and interesting trip to Arizona. My Mom and I were going to go and then my Dad ended up having business so the three of us met there. Poor Ben stayed behind to work. Long story short, in October my brother Ryan found out he had a daughter. Her name is Teaghan and she is 18 months old and she so cute. She looks just like me when I was a little girl. This is the main reason we decided to go. It flew by and sorry to all of you I didn't get to see. Here are pictures of our newly found niece. Chels, i'll do your tag tomorrow!

My Valentine Weekend
So, on Valentine's Day, I got a knock on the door and when I opened it and this is what I saw
Then about two hours later, I got another suprise. Ben came home earlier than expected. He was going to take me on a nice romantic getaway for the weekend. However, Ben's parents were going to watch our dogs, but they had a sick dog. That would have been ok, but we took Kricket to the vet because she has had some rashes that just won't go away. So we decided to board them there that way they could monitor her and get rid of it. She has had it for over a month. So instead of going away for the weekend we just went for the day. He took me to the Chocolate Festival in Eureka Springs, AR. You buy a ticket and they take you to a room full of all kinds of chocolate and it's all you can eat. It was heaven!!! Plus, they gave you a to go box that you could fill up. Then they had cake decorating contests. Here are some pictures.
It was amazing and we had so much fun. Thanks baby, I love you so much! Now I am packing up to go to Arizona on Tuesday night. I can't wait.

Happy Valentines Day!!
Happy Valentines Day to everyone! So I have been really bored this week with Ben at work so here are a few Valentine crafts I did.
I actually made his card!
We got new visiting teaching routes and so I made these little boxes that had mine and my companions contact information on it (that's why the tags are turned over).
Finally I made sugar cookies. The recipe my family has makes like 7 dozen and I frosted every last one of them. The funny thing is Ben and I are on a diet so we won't even eat very many, but I felt like making them. My starving brothers in Arizona will appreciate them :)
And here are my dogs being bored inside because of the snow and rain while I did all this. Kricket slept most of the time because she isn't feeling the best and Harvey pretty much just watched me wondering when he was going to get some attention.
Well I hope Valentines Day is good for you all!

It's finally here!!
So I finally got a new computer so that I can begin blogging. Thanks Chelsea for helping me out!! Hopefully I can catch on quickly. I'm so excited to catch up with everyone. We are alive and well still living in Arkansas. We got a house in August of last year. And for all those that saw all the tornadoes in my neck of the wood last night, not to worry our house is still in one piece. Luckily it was more south of me, but right where Ben is working, luckily it missed him. Our last project ended in Dec. and Ben started working again, but i'm not going to until I get back from my trip to AZ which is 2 weeks today. I can't wait! Anyway, when we aren't working we are traveling, hanging out with friends, going to movies, and playing Rock Band, which suprisingly is so addicting and fun. Ben wanted it so bad, but it was like $170 and there was no way I was spending that on a video game. So one night I was talking to my mom on the phone and I heard Ben leave and he came back with it. He traded in a bunch of his video games and now we are addicted. We have 2, yes 2 St. Bernards aka Beethoven. Yes, they are huge and slobbery and jump up on my counter and eat stuff. What were we thinking! But they are very protective and are supposed to be great with kids. I guess we'll see one of these days. Well that's about it for now. Here is a slideshow of pictures showing what we've been up to the last few months or so. Chels I'll have to wait until I get the hard drive from our other computer until I get wedding ones, but I promise I'll post them!
